Every now and then there is a guest on the calendar that I eagerly await to meet. My recent guest, Kevin Donnelly from True North Sports and Entertainment, was one of those circles on my calendar.
Who is Kevin Donnelly? Plain and simple—he’s a concert and event promoter.
Not just any concert and event promoter.
On a macro scale, he’s an influence of culture and musical taste in Western Canada, bringing the world’s biggest artists and events to Winnipeg, Canada for the last 40 + years.
As a fan of music and culture, I have had a front row seat to Kevin’s career here in the Lab. And I was like a kid in a candy store when I got the opportunity to meet with him and discuss the ins-and-outs of an industry that entertains so many of us.
