I need to get something off my chest.
It’s about resolutions.
You know, those New Year commitments that seem to fade faster than the holiday cheer.
They are useless.
We don’t got time for resolutioners... No resolutions belong in the lab. Transformations only. If you have a resolution, I invite you to take it to another gym or lab.

Resolutions are like a commitment to a check box in life.
By February, you are looking for another box to check.
Why?
Because resolutions are often about short-term goals, not long-lasting change.
It’s about a fear of missing out.
A fear of missing out on the water-cooler conversation.
A resolution follows. A transformation leads change.
In the Lab, we’re all about drawing a line in the sand.
A line of commitment.
You can’t just say you’re going to do something.
You have to live it; breathe it; be accountable for it.
If you’re looking for motivation, somebody to get your ass out of bed, well, come join me. I’m going to be here. You know I am. I show up every day.

Transformation is a journey, a relentless pursuit of excellence, and a commitment to yourself that goes beyond a calendar year.
So, ditch the resolution mindset.
Focus on the transformations—real, raw, life-altering changes.
It’s a non-negotiable.
No excuses.
