Learn about AI advancements. Commit to learning something new today.

𝗤𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗯𝗶𝗮𝘀

AI can perpetuate biases. Research AI ethics and bias. Read case studies on AI’s successes and failures.

Assess AI tools in hiring and other areas.

Get a basic understanding of algorithms and data sets. Make adjustments if needed.

𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗰𝘀.

Constantly reflect on balancing efficiency with ethics. If you have a team, set guidelines for ethical AI use.

New, disruptive tech is always gonna come.
