Keith Bilous

Keith Bilous is an entrepreneur, creator, and live-conversation architect. Born in Winnipeg, he co-founded ICUC, the social media community management company that grew to 450+ employees across 52 languages and was acquired by Dentsu in a $50M deal.

But at the height of success, he was fired from the company he had built. That loss cracked the identity he built on titles and follower counts.

It forced a rebuild: therapy, radical honesty, and a new personal operating system he calls the Business Athlete.

Keith returned to the game with a different thesis: influence comes from conversation, not clout.

In 2023 he launched Mornings in the Lab with Keith & Friends. A LIVE morning show helping men get up and get after it reaching their most audacious goals.

After over 500+ LIVE shows, he launched the Mornings in the Lab LIVE Network, a fast-growing ecosystem of daily live shows where men 30–55 build leadership in public across health, mindset, work, family, and the hard stuff most skip. His signature L.I.V.E. Framework turns experience into authority without the perfection theater:

> Leadership (courage to take the mic)

> Influence (move people to act)

> Vulnerability (willingness to be seen without armour)

> Energy (how you draw people in)

Keith’s through-line is simple and disarming: show up live. Not polished. Not scripted. Present.

He’s now building a new kind of morning personality—AI + Human, live by design—and inviting 100 founding hosts to lead conversations of their own.

Off-camera, he’s a dad, a relentless morning person, and proof that you can lose everything you thought made you—and come back with what actually does.
