Stress changed me.
(In a good way.)
Ever been too stressed to think?
I know that place.
It’s not pretty.
But when I stopped running from stress
and started leveraging it,
it became my engine for:
→ focus,
→ creativity,
→ and more energy.
Can stress take you down?
Absolutely. 𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 if you let it.
Change how you see it,
and stress will push you forward.
Here’s what I do:
𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀.
→ Don’t pretend it doesn’t exist.
→ Because ignoring it makes it worse.
→ Acknowledge that you’re feeling overwhelmed.
→ Then take action. ↴
𝗗𝗶𝗴 𝗱𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗿.
→ Understand exactly where it's coming from.
→ This can disarm the overwhelm and bring back rationality.
→ Then take more action. ↴
𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆.
→ Stress is a challenge, not a threat.
→ Turn potential anxiety into productive energy.
Less stress means...
→ Less chance of burnout,
→ More energy to grow and move forward,
→ More sanity (who doesn’t want more sanity?)
𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗽𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀.
𝗣𝗦: LinkedIn isn’t for sharing wins all the time. It’s about being real — good or bad. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗼𝘂𝘁?
Its Monday. Its May. Its Go Time.
